Come, walk, or run to a folk dance gathering! To those who can put one foot in front of the other, follow instructions, move to music, who don’t mind (actually love to!) join hands in a circle or line, and desire to learn dances, this is the event for you. I will teach a wide variety of folk dances, from little kid-sized ones to youth and adults. Well-known dances such as the Macarena, Polka, Waltz, Virginia Reel, and the Chicken dance will be offered--and more. My wish is to provide a fun, easy path for beginners and others to enter into dancing to some beautiful & unique folk melodies from far and near.
