Cantores in Ecclesia is pleased to announce that it is sponsoring a concert with James O’Donnell in commemoration of his Dedication recital of the organ at Holy Rosary Church thirty years ago. Mr. O’Donnell played this concert on the 26th of January in 1996. On Monday, January 26, this anniversary celebration will take place in Holy Rosary Church at 7:00 PM, exactly thirty years after the original event. On this date, Mr. O’Donnell, who also directed the music for the 2022 State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, will perform a varied program of organ music from J.S. Bach to Oliver Messiaen at Holy Rosary. Admission is free – donation baskets will be available.
